All orders are packed with great care using bubble wrap, protective padding, and sturdy boxes to ensure your item arrives safely and in the condition described. We can’t control how postal services handle packages once they leave our hands—but we do pack with care to minimise risk.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. All packages are shipping via Australia post.

We usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. If there’s any delay (e.g., public holidays), we’ll keep you updated. Express shipping options are available at checkout. If you need something urgently, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Sometimes tracking systems take time to update. If there’s no movement for several days, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate it with the carrier.

We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs will be clearly shown when you place your order.

Domestic orders typically arrive within a few business days, while international orders can take 1–3 weeks. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
